  • AI‑powered academic assistance (AI Solver, Sankalp Sathi chatbot)
  • Result checking and academic counselling

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment or form submission
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable)
  • Use our services only for lawful educational purposes

5. Payment & Refund Policy

For paid courses:

  • Fees are clearly displayed on the course page or communicated by our counsellors
  • Payment must be made through the approved channels (online transfer, UPI, etc.)
  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of enrollment, subject to a processing fee (if any)
  • No refund will be issued after the student has attended more than 20% of the classroom sessions or accessed the equivalent digital content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will be uninterrupted or error‑free
  • Academic results or exam success are guaranteed – outcomes depend on individual effort
  • AI tools will always produce 100% accurate answers (they are advisory only)

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sankalp Digital Pathshala be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
